The Latin Romans volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host North Shore Country Day Raiders to 0 in the Romans league victory on Wednesday.
The Romans now have a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DePaul College Prep for a non-league game on Thursday, October 5. Latin will meet a Rams team coming off a 2-0 league win over Aurora Central Catholic (Aurora, IL). The Rams record now stands at 15-6.
The Raiders (0-12) will now prepare for their game against Wolcott College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Wolves enter the non-league game with a 5-11 record. In their last game, Wolcott College Prep dropped by Christian Heritage Academy (Northfield, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
