The Archbishop McNicholas Rockets edged the visiting Archbishop Alter Knights football team by a score of 7-3 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Rockets face the Bishop Fenwick Falcons (Franklin, OH) in a Greater Catholic - North challenge, on Friday, October 11. Archbishop McNicholas will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 48-14 league loss to Chaminade Julienne Catholic (Dayton, OH).
The Knights (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Badin (Hamilton, OH). The Rams enter the Greater Catholic - North challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Badin held off Carroll (Dayton, OH), 56-7, in a league challenge.
