California High School Football - Hillcrest sneaks past Arlington

October 4, 2024: Riverside, CA 92503

The Hillcrest Trojans football squad scored 35 points and limited the host Arlington Lions to 28 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hemet for a Sunbelt test on Friday, October 11. Hillcrest will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 40-26 league win over Poly (Riverside, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-0.

With the defeat, Arlington drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Valley View (Moreno Valley, CA) to meet the Eagles in a Sunbelt test on Friday, October 11. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-3. Valley View lost 38-20 in their recent league test against Rancho Christian (Temecula, CA)
