The Panthers (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Tensas (St. Joseph, LA). The Panthers enter the 1A District 2 outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Tensas was nipped by Northwood (Lena, LA), 52-0, in a non-league outing.

With the defeat, Bastrop drops to 5-1 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Green Oaks (Shreveport, LA) to clash with the Giants in a non-league outing on Friday, October 11. The Giants come into the outing with a record of 1-4. Green Oaks lost 38-26 in their recent league outing against D'Arbonne Woods (Farmerville, LA)
