The Bedford Kicking Mules football team (Temperance, MI), was crushed 48-3 in Friday's league bout with the host Saline Hornets (Saline, MI)

With the win, Saline advances its record to 3-3 on the season. The Hornets host Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI) to encounter the Railsplitters in a Southeastern - Red bout on Friday, October 11. The Railsplitters go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Lincoln won 42-20 in their recent league bout against Huron (Ann Arbor, MI)

The Kicking Mules now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Huron for a Southeastern - Red bout on Thursday, October 10. Bedford will encounter a River Rats team coming off a 42-20 league loss to Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI). The River Rats record now stands at 2-4.
