Texas High School Football - Prestonwood Christian over Bishop Lynch

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Prestonwood Christian Lions (Plano, TX) and the host Bishop Lynch Friars (Dallas, TX), witnessed Prestonwood Christian's football squad knock off Bishop Lynch by a tally of 48-33.

The Lions (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty Christian (Argyle, TX). The Warriors enter the TAPPS Division I District 1 contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Liberty Christian gained a win over West Plains (Amarillo, TX), 56-7, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Friars battle the Legacy Christian Academy Eagles (Frisco, TX) in a TAPPS Division I District 1 contest, on Friday, October 11. Bishop Lynch will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 5-1 record after their 42-28 league win over Trinity Christian (Addison, TX).
