The Orono Riots football squad scored 48 points and limited the host Bucksport Golden Bucks to 22 in the Riots league triumph on Friday.

The Riots now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Houlton/Hodgdon/Southern Aroostook/Greater Houlton Christian Academy for a 8-Man Small North (8 Man) test on Friday, October 11. Orono will meet a squad coming off a 66-16 league loss to Stearns/Schenck (Millinocket, ME). The record now stands at 4-1.

With the defeat, Bucksport drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Golden bucks travel to Madawaska/Fort Kent/Wisdom (Fort Kent, ME) to meet the in a 8-Man Small North (8 Man) test on Saturday, October 12.
