The Toledo Boomers football squad scored 32 points and limited the visiting Central Linn Cobras to 12 in the Boomers league triumph on Friday.
The Boomers now hold a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Monroe for a 2A Special District 3 (9 Man) test on Friday, October 11. Toledo will meet a Dragons squad coming off a 64-6 league loss to St. Paul (St. Paul, OR). The Dragons record now stands at 0-4.
With the defeat, Central Linn drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Cobras host Jefferson (Jefferson, OR) to meet the Lions in a 2A Special District 3 (9 Man) test on Friday, October 11. The Lions come into the test with a record of 0-5. Jefferson lost 44-0 in their recent league test against Waldport (Waldport, OR)
