Michigan High School Football - Saginaw United can't hold off Central

Central Wolves (Bay City, MI) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Saginaw United (Saginaw, MI), 7-6 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Central improves its record to 2-4 on the season. The Wolves travel to Dow (Midland, MI) to play the Chargers in a Saginaw Valley - North battle on Friday, October 11. The Chargers go into the battle with a record of 3-3. Dow won 26-12 in their recent league battle against Traverse City West (Traverse City, MI)

The now have a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Grand Blanc for a Saginaw Valley - South battle on Friday, October 11. Saginaw United will play a Bobcats team coming off a 35-21 league win over Lapeer (Lapeer, MI). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-1.
