Georgia High School Football - Starr's Mill nips Central

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Starr's Mill Panthers (Fayetteville, GA) and the visiting Central Lions (Carrollton, GA), witnessed Starr's Mill's football squad edge Central by a tally of 38-35.

The Panthers (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against Harris County (Hamilton, GA). The Tigers enter the AAAA Region 3 contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Harris County got by Griffin (Griffin, GA), 31-16, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Lions battle the Harris County Tigers (Hamilton, GA) in a AAAA Region 3 contest, on Friday, October 18. Central will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record.
