Michigan High School Football - Dakota triumphant over Romeo

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) and the visiting Romeo Bulldogs (Romeo, MI), witnessed Dakota's football squad wallop Romeo by a tally of 42-7.

The Cougars (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI). The Eagles enter the Macomb Area - Red contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Utica Eisenhower was trounced by Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI), 34-31, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs battle the Sterling Heights Stevenson Titans (Sterling Heights, MI) in a Macomb Area - Red contest, on Friday, October 11. Romeo will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Titans enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 29-22 league loss to Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI).
