The Decatur Community Red Devils football team (Oberlin, KS), was crushed 45-12 in Friday's league bout with the visiting Hoxie Indians (Hoxie, KS)

With the win, Hoxie advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Indians host Hill City (Hill City, KS) to encounter the Ringnecks in a non-league bout on Friday, October 11. The Ringnecks go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Hill City won 76-36 in their recent league bout against St. Francis (St. Francis, KS)

The Red Devils now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Stockton for a Northwest Kansas (8 Man) bout on Friday, October 11. Decatur Community will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 58-12 league loss to Rawlins County (Atwood, KS). The Tigers record now stands at 0-5.
