Silver Lake Mustangs (Roseland, NE) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Dorchester Longhorns (Dorchester, NE), 49-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Silver Lake advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Red Cloud (Red Cloud, NE) to play the Warriors in a D6 District 2 (6 Man) battle on Friday, October 11. The Warriors go into the battle with a record of 5-0. Red Cloud won 60-7 in their recent league battle against Harvard (Harvard, NE)
