Louisiana High School Football - Reed tops Fisher

The Reed Olympians football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Fisher Gators to 14 in the Olympians non-league triumph on Friday.

The Olympians now hold a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Plaquemines for a 2A District 10 test on Friday, October 11. Reed will meet a Hurricanes squad coming off a 26-9 non-league loss to Livingston Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 3-2.

With the defeat, Fisher drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Gators host Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Westwego, LA) to meet the Tigers in a 3A District 9 test on Saturday, October 12. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-5. Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy lost 20-0 in their recent non-league test against Metairie Park Country Day (Metairie, LA)
