In Friday's non-league game, the Foxcroft Academy Ponies (Dover-Foxcroft, ME) football team were victorious over the host Hermon Hawks (Hermon, ME), by a score of 17-0.
In their next game, the Ponies face the Nokomis Warriors (Newport, ME) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 11. Foxcroft Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 2-3 record after their 20-15 league win over Hampden (Hampden, ME).
The Hawks (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Brewer (Brewer, ME). The Witches enter the C North game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Brewer ran past Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME), 34-0, in a non-league game.
