In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Plainfield Cardinals football squad scored a decisive 34-2 triumph over the Franklin Warriors.
The Cardinals (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Colonia (Colonia, NJ). The Patriots come into the Big Central - Liberty Gold match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Colonia was routed by Edison (Edison, NJ), 27-21, in a non-league match.
