Ohio High School Football - Ridgemont nips Hardin Northern

October 4, 2024: Dola, OH 45835

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Ridgemont Golden Gophers (Mount Victory, OH) and the host Hardin Northern Polar Bears (Dola, OH), witnessed Ridgemont's football squad edge Hardin Northern by a tally of 14-7.

The Golden Gophers (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against North Baltimore (North Baltimore, OH). The Tigers enter the Northwest Central contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, North Baltimore got by Ridgedale (Morral, OH), 32-13, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Polar Bears battle the Crestline Bulldogs (Crestline, OH) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 11. Hardin Northern will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 28-14 non-league loss to Aquinas (Louisville, OH).
