The Rule Bobcats football squad scored 67 points and limited the visiting Harrold Hornets to 22 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bobcats now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Aspermont for a 1A 6 Man 2 Region II District 8 (6 Man) test on Thursday, October 10. Rule will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 54-6 non-league win over Rotan (Rotan, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 3-3.

With the defeat, Harrold drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Chillicothe (Chillicothe, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a 1A 6 Man 2 Region II District 7 (6 Man) test on Friday, October 11. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-2. Chillicothe lost 45-0 in their recent non-league test against Paint Creek (Haskell, TX)
