The Stratford Tigers walloped the host Marathon Red Raiders football team by a score of 49-0 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Amherst Falcons (Amherst, WI) in a Central Wisconsin - Large challenge, on Friday, October 11. Stratford will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 8-0 record after their 25-21 league win over Weyauwega-Fremont (Weyauwega, WI).
The Red Raiders (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Wittenberg-Birnamwood (Wittenberg, WI). The Chargers enter the Central Wisconsin - Large challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Wittenberg-Birnamwood bounced Colby (Colby, WI), 42-20, in a league challenge.
