In Friday's league match, the visiting Sebeka Trojans football squad scored a good 60-30 victory over the McGregor Mercuries.
The Trojans (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Cromwell/Floodwood (Cromwell, MN). The enter the District 9 North - South (9 Man) match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Cromwell/Floodwood thwarted Verndale (Verndale, MN), 22-8, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Mercuries confront the Carlton Bulldogs (Carlton, MN) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 11. McGregor will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
