The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Moanalua Menehune (Honolulu, HI) and the host Pearl City Chargers (Pearl City, HI), witnessed Moanalua's football squad wallop Pearl City by a tally of 55-8.
The Menehune (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Leilehua (Wahiawa, HI). The Mighty Mules enter the OIA I contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Leilehua crushed Wai'anae (Wai'anae, HI), 17-3, in a league contest.
Coming up next, the Chargers battle the 'Aiea Na Alii ('Aiea, HI) in a OIA I contest, on Saturday, October 12. Pearl City will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Na Alii enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 44-27 league loss to Radford (Honolulu, HI).
