In Friday's league match, the visiting Monticello Sages football squad scored a decisive 46-13 triumph over the Rantoul Eagles.
The Sages (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Paxton-Buckley-Loda (Paxton, IL). The Panthers come into the Illini Prairie match with a 6-0 record. In their last match, Paxton-Buckley-Loda routed Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL), 22-7, in a league match.
