North Fayette Valley (West Union, IA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting New Hampton Chickasaws (New Hampton, IA), 46-13 in a league battle.
With the win, North Fayette Valley advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The host Crestwood (Cresco, IA) to encounter the Cadets in a 2A District 3 battle on Friday, October 18. The Cadets go into the battle with a record of 2-4.
The Chickasaws now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Crestwood for a 2A District 3 battle on Friday, October 11. New Hampton will encounter a Cadets team coming off a 20-10 league loss to Osage (Osage, IA). The Cadets record now stands at 2-4.
