The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Our Lady of Lourdes Warriors (Poughkeepsie, NY) and the visiting Washingtonville Wizards (Washingtonville, NY), witnessed Our Lady of Lourdes's football squad wallop Washingtonville by a tally of 34-0.

The Warriors (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wallkill (Wallkill, NY). The Panthers enter the Section 9 A-2 contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Wallkill was trounced by Kingston (Kingston, NY), 36-29, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Wizards battle the Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders (Central Valley, NY) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 10. Washingtonville will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Crusaders enter the contest with a 5-0 record after their 42-15 league win over Pine Bush (Pine Bush, NY).
