Kansas High School Football - Oxford smashes Skyline

October 4, 2024: Pratt, KS 67124

The Oxford Wildcats (Oxford, KS) football trounced the host Skyline Thunderbirds (Pratt, KS), 54-8 in Friday's league outing.

The Wildcats now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Kiowa County for a Southern Plains-Iroquois (8 Man) outing on Friday, October 11. Oxford will clash with a Mavericks squad coming off a 62-12 non-league win over Udall (Udall, KS). The Mavericks record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Skyline drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Independent (Wichita, KS) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league outing on Friday, October 11. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 0-5. Independent lost 80-0 in their recent non-league outing against South Central (Coldwater, KS)
