Alabama High School Football - Zion Chapel loses to Pike Liberal Arts

Pike Liberal Arts Patriots (Troy, AL) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Zion Chapel Rebels (Jack, AL), 22-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Pike Liberal Arts advances its record to 6-1 on the season. The Patriots travel to Goshen (Goshen, AL) to encounter the Eagles in a 2A Region 3 battle on Friday, October 11. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 5-2. Goshen won 62-0 in their recent league battle against Barbour County (Clayton, AL)

The Rebels now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Baker for a non-league battle on Friday, October 11. Zion Chapel will encounter a Gators team coming off a 20-6 league win over Northview (Bratt, FL). The Gators record now stands at 6-1.
