North Carolina High School Football - Southeast Guilford nips Ragsdale

October 4, 2024: Jamestown, NC 27282

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC) and the host Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC), witnessed Southeast Guilford's football squad edge Ragsdale by a tally of 36-35.

The Falcons (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC). The Cowboys enter the Metro 4A contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Southwest Guilford was nudged by Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 63-0, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Tigers battle the Grimsley Whirlies (Greensboro, NC) in a Metro 4A contest, on Friday, October 11. Ragsdale will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Whirlies enter the contest with a 6-0 record after their 48-0 league win over Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
