The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Triplains/Brewster Titans (Brewster, KS) and the visiting Western Plains Bobcats (Ransom, KS), witnessed Triplains/Brewster's football squad wallop Western Plains by a tally of 53-6.

The Titans (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Northern Valley (Almena, KS). The Huskies enter the 6-Man North (6 Man) contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Northern Valley was trounced by Golden Plains (Rexford, KS), 59-14, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Bobcats battle the Cheylin Cougars (Bird City, KS) in a 6-Man North (6 Man) contest, on Friday, October 11. Western Plains will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 2-3 record after their 46-0 league loss to Weskan (Weskan, KS).
