Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the DC International Dragons (Washington, DC) and the host Bell Griffins (Washington, DC), saw DC International's soccer squad knock off Bell by a count of 3-1.
The Dragons (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Washington Latin Public Charter School (Washington, DC). The Lions enter the PCSAA battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Washington Latin Public Charter School BASIS (Washington, DC), 1-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Griffins battle the MacArthur Mammoths (Washington, DC) in a DCIAA battle, on Wednesday, October 9. Bell will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Mammoths enter the battle with a 0-6 record after their 1-0 league loss to Coolidge (Washington, DC).
