In Friday's non-league outing, the host Wilson Area Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Pocono Mountain East Cardinals.

The Warriors (5-12) will now prepare for their outing against Pen Argyl (Pen Argyl, PA). The Green Knights go into the Colonial outing with a 4-10 record. In their last outing, Pen Argyl was edged by Lehighton (Lehighton, PA), 5-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Cardinals confront the Allentown Central Catholic Vikings (Allentown, PA) in a Eastern Penn outing, on Monday, October 7. Pocono Mountain East will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record. The Vikings go into the outing with a 12-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Conestoga (Berwyn, PA).
