The Moanalua Menehune felled the host Pearl City Chargers football team by a score of 27-8 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Menehune face the Leilehua Mighty Mules (Wahiawa, HI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Moanalua will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Mighty Mules go into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 28-19 non-league loss to Wai'anae (Wai'anae, HI).

The Chargers (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against 'Aiea ('Aiea, HI). The Na Alii go into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, 'Aiea Castle (Kaneohe, HI), 14-14, in a non-league challenge.
