In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Severn School Admirals volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Glen Burnie Gophers.
The Admirals (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Mary's (Annapolis, MD). The Saints enter the challenge with a 1-0 record.
Next, the Gophers meet the South River Seahawks (Edgewater, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 7. Glen Burnie will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
