The Mavericks now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Boys' Home for a non-league test on Monday, October 7. Miller School of Albemarle will clash with a Hilltoppers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 0-2.
