Sutton Sammies (Sutton, MA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Doherty Memorial Highlanders (Worcester, MA), 6-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Sutton moves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Sammies host Whitinsville Christian (Whitinsville, MA) to clash with the Crusaders in a Dual Valley test on Wednesday, October 9. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 2-8.

The Highlanders now sport a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lunenburg for a non-league test on Monday, October 7.
