Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Grace Christian Warriors (Staunton, VA), 5-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Virginia Episcopal School moves its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Bishops host Carlisle (Axton, VA) to clash with the Chiefs in a Blue Ridge Athletic test on Tuesday, October 8. The Chiefs come into the test with a record of 3-3. Carlisle won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA)

The Warriors now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Southwest Virginia Academy for a non-league test on Monday, October 7. Grace Christian will clash with a Conquerors team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to New Covenant (Lynchburg, VA). The Conquerors record now stands at 3-3.
