Regents Lions (Charlottesville, VA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Tandem Friends Badgers (Charlottesville, VA), 8-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Regents moves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Lions host Blue Ridge Christian (Bridgewater, VA) to clash with the Bears in a VACA test on Monday, October 7. The Bears come into the test with a record of 7-3. Blue Ridge Christian won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA)

The Badgers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Highland for a Greater Piedmont test on Tuesday, October 8. Tandem Friends will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 1-1 league Wakefield School (The Plains, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 4-3.
