Maryland High School Volleyball - Flowers over Laurel

In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Flowers Jaguars volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Laurel Spartans.

The Jaguars (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Pumas enter the Prince George's County 4A challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Wise beat Bowie (Bowie, MD), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans meet the High Point Eagles (Beltsville, MD) in a Prince George's County 4A challenge, on Monday, October 7. Laurel will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Parkdale (Riverdale, MD).
