In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Woodbridge Raiders.

The Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Polytech (Woodside, DE). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Polytech lost by Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Raiders play the First State Military Academy Bulldogs (Clayton, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 7. Woodbridge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Milford (Milford, DE).
