California High School Volleyball - Ontario Christian over Ironwood Ridge

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Ontario Christian Knights (Ontario, CA) and the visiting Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks (Tucson, AZ), observed Ontario Christian's volleyball team top Ironwood Ridge by a count of 2-0.

The Knights (25-5) will now prepare for their contest against Mead (Spokane, WA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Mead was knocked off by Lewis & Clark (Spokane, WA), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Nighthawks battle the Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 4. Ironwood Ridge will attempt to move on its 9-14 season record. The Wolves enter the contest with a 8-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ).
