In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Todd County Falcons volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Lower Brule Sioux.
The Falcons (10-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Crazy Horse (Wanblee, SD). The Chiefs enter the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Crazy Horse was beaten by Lower Brule (Lower Brule, SD), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Sioux meet the McLaughlin Mustangs (McLaughlin, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 4. Lower Brule will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 1-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Timber Lake (Timber Lake, SD).
