In Friday's non-league match, the Sutton Sammies (Sutton, MA) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Southbridge Pioneers (Southbridge, MA), by a count of 3-2.
Next up, the Sammies battle the Blackstone-Millville Chargers (Blackstone, MA) in a Dual Valley match, on Monday, October 7. Sutton will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Chargers enter the match with a 3-10 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Bay Path RVT (Charlton, MA).
The Pioneers (6-7) will now prepare for their match against Bartlett (Webster, MA). The Indians enter the Southern Worcester County League match with a 0-9 record.
