Greendale Panthers (Greendale, WI) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes (Whitefish Bay, WI), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers (3-15) will now prepare for their test against Pius XI Catholic (Milwaukee, WI). The Popes go into the Woodland West test with a 6-14 record. In their last test, Pius XI Catholic gained a win over Waukesha South (Waukesha, WI), 3-0, in a league test.

The Blue Dukes now sport a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Homestead for a North Shore test on Wednesday, October 8. Whitefish Bay will face a Highlanders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Catholic Memorial (Waukesha, WI). The Highlanders record now stands at 14-14.
