The Franklin Central Flashes felled the host Whiteland Warriors flag football team by a score of 77-69 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Flashes play the Bedford North Lawrence Stars (Bedford, IN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, October 11. Franklin Central will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Stars come into the test with a 10-0 record after their 44-20 non-league win over Jasper (Jasper, IN).
With the defeat, Whiteland drops to 8-3 on the campaign.
