The Warren Woods-Tower Titans football squad scored 59 points and limited the visiting Fitzgerald Spartans to 28 in the Titans league triumph on Saturday.

The Titans now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marysville for a non-league outing on Friday, October 10. Warren Woods-Tower will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 24-21 non-league win over Lamphere (Madison Heights, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 4-2.

With the defeat, Fitzgerald drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI) to battle the Norsemen in a Macomb Area - Gold game on Friday, October 10. The Norsemen enter the game with a record of 2-4. Grosse Pointe North won 14-13 in their recent league game against Lake Shore (St. Clair Shores, MI)
