The St. Augustine Saints edged the visiting Lincoln Hornets football team by a score of 7-6 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Saints now sport a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cathedral Catholic for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 9. St. Augustine will clash with a Dons squad coming off a 16-13 non-league win over Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA). The Dons record now stands at 10-1.
With the defeat, Lincoln drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Hornets host La Jolla (La Jolla, CA) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 9. The Vikings come into the outing with a record of 0-1. La Jolla lost 28-6 in their recent league game against Point Loma (San Diego, CA)
