Whitman Vikings (Bethesda, MD) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Clarksburg Coyotes (Clarksburg, MD), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Whitman improves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Vikings travel to Einstein (Kensington, MD) to confront the Titans in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Titans go into the outing with a record of 4-2. Einstein won 5-0 in their recent non-league outing against Northwood (Silver Spring, MD)
Next up, the Coyotes confront the Paint Branch Panthers (Burtonsville, MD) in a non-league outing, on Monday, October 6. Clarksburg will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record.
