Nevada High School Football - Bishop Gorman trounces Palo Verde

In Saturday's league match, the host Bishop Gorman Gaels football squad scored a decisive 50-14 victory over the Palo Verde Panthers.

The Gaels (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV). The Rattlers go into the battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Mojave was crushed by Shadow Ridge (Las Vegas, NV), 42-16, in a league battle.

The Panthers now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Centennial for a battle on Thursday, October 9. Palo Verde will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 51-31 league loss to Shadow Ridge (Las Vegas, NV). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-2.
