The Bishop Ready Silver Knights football team scored 28 points and restricted the visiting Buckeye Valley Barons to 14 in the Silver Knights non-league win on Saturday.

In their next game, the Silver Knights face the Bexley Lions (Columbus, OH) in a challenge, on Saturday, October 11. Bishop Ready will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Lions go into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 28-22 non-league win over Whitehall-Yearling (Whitehall, OH).

The Barons (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Columbus Academy (Gahanna, OH). The Vikings go into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Columbus Academy toppled Franklin Heights (Columbus, OH), 26-20, in a non-league challenge.
