In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Lisle Lions soccer squad scored a tight 8-1 victory over the Illinois Math & Science Academy Titans.
The Lions (4-11) will now prepare for their outing against Reed-Custer (Braidwood, IL). The Comets go into the Illinois Central Eight outing with a 5-12 record. In their last game, Reed-Custer edged Fisher/Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Fisher, IL), 4-2, in a non-league game.
The Titans (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Serena (Serena, IL). The Huskers come into the non-league game with a 7-12 record. In their last game, Serena was overwhelmed by LaSalle-Peru (LaSalle, IL), 3-1, in a non-league game.
