Piqua Indians (Piqua, OH) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the visiting Shawnee Braves (Springfield, OH), 8-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Piqua advances its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Indians host Troy (Troy, OH) to clash with the Trojans in a Miami Valley League - Miami test on Tuesday, October 7. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 10-3. Troy won 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Tecumseh (New Carlisle, OH)

The Braves now have a 1-11 record. They take the field next when they host Bellefontaine for a non-league test on Monday, October 6.
